Confirmation of current holdings

We are able to assist with ascertaining the current holding of securities and charge a small fee of A$10.00.

Confirmation of holdings may be for any of the following reasons:

To confirm your current holding
To ascertain the holding of a deceased estate
To confirm that a transfer in or out of a nominated holding has been registered.
Any other reason
To enable a holding balance to be confirmed, it is necessary to provide us with the registered name and address and the Securityholder Reference Number (SRN).

As you will no doubt be aware, care should be exercised before advising any third party of the SRN.

All enquiries will be treated with care and any SRN advised to us will not be divulged to any third party except when instructed or needed to be included on documents to be lodged with the registrars when the SRN must be quoted.
