Our company was incorporated in Victoria Australia on 12 May 1995.

The company was established to provide services to Australian, New Zealand and United Kingdom solicitors, investment managers, stockbrokers, Stock Exchange member firms, institutions, probate service providers, companies and holders of Australian securities. Management
The company is controlled by Graeme Jarvis a well known and respected member of the Australian securities industry. He has over 30 years experience in the management and operations of major Australian share registries (National Australia Bank & National Mutual Holdings - now AXA Asia), as well as being involved in the technical and procedural development of the Australian Stock Exchange "CHESS" system and played a major management role in the demutualisation of major Australian insurance companies.

Registry Services Australia Pty Ltd is well known throughout the United Kingdom with services being provided to many UK Stock Exchange member firms, solicitors, institutions and individual shareholders.
