Schedule of Charges
The following charges are applicable as from 1 July 2004:

Australian Standard Transfer Forms
| Check and lodge transfers with the company registrar for registration | AUD $ 30.00 |

Transmissions from Deceased Estates
| Lodge transmission applications with registrars for registration | |

| Notings | Lodgment of powers of attorney etc for noting by registrars | |
| Searches | Ascertain the current situation of companies no longer listed | AUD $10.00 |
| Confirmation of Holdings | Ascertain the current holdings of shareholders | for each company or form |
| Provision of Forms | Provide required forms for deceased estates etc. |
| Arrange the Reseal of a UK or NZ Probate | |
| The legal, probate office & other fees could amount to approx A$2,000 | |
| Arrange for an Insurance Indemnity Bond | AUD $40.00 |

Payment Arrangements
The above charges plus any resealing costs, insurance bond costs, brokerage, or legal costs are required to be paid in Australian Currency due to the high cost of clearance of cheques or drafts in other currencies, in Australia.
We offer the following methods for payment of service charges, etc incurred as a result of engaging the services of this company:
1. Deceased Estates
Accounts for estates requiring the resealing of probates or insurance
indemnity bonds will be issued as soon as the costs are known and are
to be paid in Australian currency immediately upon receipt of our statement
of account.
2. Monthly Account - Other Services Provided
Service charges and any amounts paid by us on your behalf, will be included
in our monthly account and payment in Australian currency is to be forwarded
immediately upon receipt of our statement of account.
